I have met very few people that out of the blue will help someone on the spur of the moment. Wayne, thanks again for all your help. The transmission worked out great in the truck. I will send some pictures.

I had taken my 1994 Eldorado to several reputable shops because my transmission was not pulling right. Everyone told me I needed a new transmission, except you. Thank you for repairing my transmission for less than $200. My car runs well and has no recurring problems When I do need transmission work again, I’ll bring my cars and trucks directly to you.

“My wife and I brought her car in a year ago [to a dealership] because the transmission was shifting funny and getting worse. A man called from the service department and said that the car had a bad transmission and it would cost $4,995.00 to get it fixed.
I called a mechanic friend and asked him for advice. He referred me to a transmission shopcalled Woodco Transmission Services in Hapeville and said that the guy was completely honest.
Woodco checked everything out and ended up replacing the transmission position sensor for $245.17 total and the car has been running great ever since.”
Woodco Transmission has been our preferred provider for transmission and drive line service on our company vehicles for over 15 years.
Their quality service and understanding of business needs means our vehicles will be back in service with minimal down time.
We currently have several vehicles in service with transmissions rebuilt by Woodco that have far surpassed the mileage obtained on the original factory transmissions.
Likewise, if it’s only a minor repair or service that’s needed, we’re back on the road with minimal inconvenience, thanks to their service.

After being given two different opinions as to what my transmission problem was, a friend referred me to Woodco Transmission in Hapeville. Mr. Wood drove my car, explained what the problem was and what the cost would be. I have been driving the car for over a week and the problem I was having has completely disappeared. Also, he diagnosed another problem that would have caused my car to overheat.
GREAT, knowledgeable, service and, as a female, I didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of. Also, spotless waiting area and ladies room. Can’t say enough good things about this business. By the airport and well worth the drive, even if you live on the north side of
Thank you so much for helping me out… again! You have taken such good care of my car and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it, if it weren’t for your services I’m sure I would have given in and bought a new car by now and I just don’t want to do that in the current economy.
You have always been helpful and keep my car running well, even with 184,000 miles on it!

We would like to again express our thanks and appreciation for your great service you provided while we had transmission trouble while passing through Atlanta on December 28th 2011. Your quick response was very much appreciated in getting our family back on the road and with on with our vacation.
We were very fortunate to have chosen the right service center for our needs that day. Again thank you!

Wayne has helped me with multiple transmissions and rear ends in older cars. Some were retrofitting a modern overdrive. He is the only transmission guy I will use.
Wayne was extremely helpful and honest. I had an engine light that indicated a problem with my transmission. He did research and found a service bulletin from the manufacturer and recommended I take it to the dealer for a flash reprogram of the ECU. Problem solved but if it comes back I would without hesitation return because of his strong reputation and integrity.
Wayne is straight forward; no nonsense and honest. He’ll give you a more than fair price AND, although he could make a financial killing working a hopeless case of a ride – he’ll tell you, straight out, not to waste your money. Love the way this man does business!
